Teriyaki Rice

Ingredients:

4 cups beef broth

4 green onions, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 cups long grain rice

1 can peas and carrots

parsley or sliced green onion (to garnish)


Directions:

Place the first seven ingredients in a large saucepan, and bring to a boil.

Stir in the rice and vegetables.

Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.



(Add chopped, fried chicken for main dish meal.)
